  • Dr. Hinn, DVM
    Dr. Hinn, DVM
    Practice Owner

    Dr. Hinn is a Virginia native and received his DVM degree from the University of Georgia. His special interests include surgery, veterinary dentistry, birds, and providing pet care for exotic animals as well as cats and dogs. Another strong interest that he has developed is that of nutrition and vitamin supplementation.

    In addition to local and national veterinary associations, he is a member of the Critical Care Society, the American Veterinary Dental Association, and the Association of Exotic Mammal Veterinarians.

  • Dr. Burbrink, DVM
    Dr. Burbrink, DVM
    Associate Veterinarian

    Dr. Burbrink received her veterinary degree from Virginia-Maryland Regional College of Veterinary Medicine at Virginia Tech in 2007. Her special interests include dentistry (a field in which she has taken extensive continuing education courses), soft tissue surgery, and internal medicine.

    Dr. Burbrink is married to her high school sweetheart and has two boys. She enjoys cheering for all the local sports teams, especially the Washington Nationals, and loves anything related to Star Wars.

  • Dr. Gigrich, DVM
    Dr. Gigrich, DVM
    Associate veterinarian

    Dr. Gigrich is British and qualified as a veterinarian from Cambridge University Veterinary School in England. She spent a few years working in a mixed practice in Nottingham, England (Robin Hood's hometown!) before marrying an American, Jim, and moving to the U.S. Having passed American veterinary exams, she worked in small animal hospitals in Georgia, New York State, and Kansas before moving to Germany for 4 years.

    After a break for children, she started working at Crosspointe part-time in 2008 and is happy to be back in her chosen profession. She stays constantly busy with work, looking after her 4 energetic boys, and walking her big yellow Lab, Hunter.

  • Dr. Girard, DVM
    Dr. Girard, DVM
    Associate Veterinarian

    Dr. Girard grew up in the beautiful South Burlington, Vermont. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree studying Animal Science and Sociology at the University of Vermont and went on to attend veterinary school at Kansas State University. Dr. Girard has a particular interest in geriatric medicine and end-of-life care for pets. Outside of the clinic, she also has a keen interest in international veterinary work and has traveled to Nicaragua and Namibia to aid in veterinary efforts overseas.

    In her spare time, Dr. Girard enjoys drawing, spending time on the water, skiing, and spending time with family, friends, and her pups Hooch (a Pitbull-Boxer mix) and Lucky (a Chihuahua).

  • Dr. Paige, DVM
    Dr. Paige, DVM
    Associate Veterinarian

    Dr. Paige recently moved to the area from North Carolina. She graduated from Virginia-Maryland Regional College of Veterinary Medicine in 2015. Dr. Paige has special interests in internal medicine and nutrition. She thoroughly enjoys spending time on client education and looks forward to sharing her passion for veterinary medicine with the Crosspointe community.

    In her free time, Dr. Paige enjoys spending time with her husband, their two dogs and family. She enjoys running, traveling and is excited about getting to know the Northern Virginia area.

  • Dr. Watson, DVM
    Dr. Watson, DVM
    Associate Veterinarian

    Dr. Watson was born and raised in Alexandria, Virginia. After graduating from Christopher Newport University with her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and minors in Chemistry and Leadership, she earned her veterinary degree at the Virginia-Maryland Regional College of Veterinary Medicine.  She is thrilled to be a member of the Crosspointe team and share her professional interests of nutrition, soft tissue surgery, dentistry, and dermatology with the community.
     

    Dr. Watson could not be happier to return to Northern Virginia where she enjoys attending sporting events, exploring Old Town, and finding new trails to walk with her dog, Penny.  

  • Dr. Fisher, DVM
    Dr. Fisher DVM
    Associate Veterinarian

    Dr. Fisher is a recent transplant from North Carolina. She earned a degree in Biology and Chemistry from Appalachian State University in Boone, NC (Go Mountaineers!) and received her veterinary degree from North Carolina State University. Her special interests include preventative medicine, community outreach, and hospice care.  She enjoys exploring each unique human-animal-bond to provide individualized comprehensive care for her patients and clients.
     

    Dr. Fisher enjoys spending time with her rescue Pitbull, Amie Leigh. She is a Pitbull advocate and hopes to do her part to promote the breed and remove the stigma. Outside of veterinary medicine, she enjoys doing anything outdoors, live music, traveling, and painting.
