At Crosspointe Animal Hospital, our state-of-the-art dental suite is equipped with digital dental radiography, high-resolution imaging software, ultrasonic scalers, and high-speed dental units—providing the same level of technology and precision you would expect in a human dental office.
We offer comprehensive veterinary oral surgery, including deciduous (retained baby tooth) and adult tooth extractions, oral mass removal, and soft tissue or bone biopsies. All dental procedures are performed under general anesthesia to ensure patient safety, comfort, and stress-free care. Our anesthesia monitoring protocols for dental procedures are held to the same rigorous standards as our soft tissue surgeries, with continuous monitoring and individualized anesthetic plans for every patient.
What to Expect
When your pet is scheduled for a dental cleaning, it is a full anesthetic procedure. We require patients to be dropped off the morning of surgery between 7:30 am and 8:00 am, no food after 10:00 pm the night before, but water is okay.
