Karla
Senior Receptionist

Karla has been with Crosspointe Animal Hospital since 2005. She lives at home with her daughter and her dog Izzy. Karla left her career in accounting to work in a field that brought her more enjoyment. Karla enjoys dancing, getting together with friends, and going to the movies.
Erin
Kennel Supervisor
Erin has been with Crosspointe Animal Hospital since 2008. She started working in a kennel when she was 16 and her love of animals has kept her in this field ever since. In her spare time Erin enjoys dancing and going to the movies. She aspires to become a LVT. Erin lives at home with her pets, Doobie a ferret, Marley a snake, her two cats Jacobey and Sassy, and her dog Blondie.
Trevon
Assistant

Tre has 2 dogs, 2 turtles, and a fish. He lives at home with his wife and his two boys. In his free time he enjoys playing with his kids, spending time with his pets and working out on his Xbox.
Caresa
Evening Supervisor

Texas born, Virginian raised. Caresa's love for animals runs deep. She has a dog and 2 cats at home, Malibu, Mustang Sally and Poppy. She is notorious for bringing animals home unannounced, whether keeping them or just for a sleepover. Caresa has even enjoyed nursing a newborn kitten. She is affiliated with Pit Bull Rescue and Sanctuary located in Southern Virginia. So in her free time she tries to do what she can for them. The rest of her time is spent chasing after her kids (Malibu included).
Chris
Assistant

Chris lives at home with his girlfriend and his 2 dogs, Bouncer and Lady. He had been working in the animal care field for 5 years before joining Crosspointe Animal Hospital. Chris enjoys playing sports and exercising.
Phoebe
Receptionist
Phoebe is a JMU alum with a B.S. in Health Sciences. Through her undergrad years she volunteered at the local SPCA animal shelter. In her spare time Phoebe enjoys photography, baking and dancing. She is currently preparing for grad school and loves spending time with her scaredy cat Oreo and rat Swiffer.
Diana
Assistant

Diana lives at home with her boyfriend and her dog Dottie, a maltese/yorkie/westie mix. She also had a beloved 16 year old Bichon whom she recently lost and misses dearly. In her free time Diana enjoys going to movies and hopes to one day travel to Paris. Diana is currently enrolled in the LVT program through NOVA.
Lisa
Assistant

Lisa has been at Crosspointe Animal Hospital since July 2011. She recently returned home to Virginia after completing a Master's degree from the University of Queensland in Australia. She is currently preparing for vet school to pursue a career in conservation medicine. In her free time Lisa enjoys hiking, yoga, playing golf and spending time with her dog Kodi.
