This page is dedicated to all those pets who have brought love and happiness into someone's life. An animal that has been loved will never be forgotten.
WILLIE
Willie appeared on the doorstep of Crosspointe Animal Hospital one cold winter morning. No one knew where he came from or how old he was. When we brought him in, we didn't know what to expect. We found out that he was old, had diabetes, and arthritis, and was desperate for love, attention and care. We nursed him through it all and he became our mascot and best friend for years. ?-2006
MAILE
Maile was born in Australia and flown to Oahu, HI where we fell in love with her and took her home at 6 weeks of age. The children named her after our favorite flowers growing in our yard there, white ginger and plumeria. ( Maile in Hawaiian is pretty flower) She graced our lives with happy love, devotion, and protection from any UPS or other person that came to our front door. She was very smart, easily trained, and a devoted companion. R.I.P. Ms Maile-girl.

SHADOW
A Shiba Inu mix, Shadow, age eighteen months found her parents of eleven years online on her “last day” at a shelter in Westmoreland County. Shy Shadow overcame abuse, separation anxiety, and diabetes through the loving nurturing by her longtime daycare relationship with Olde Towne Pet Resort in Springfield and the compassionate care of Crosspointe Animal Hospital in Fairfax Station. Shadow mastered the art of appearing needful, while her smiling self confidence and eternal sweetness reaped warm and affectionate attention from her friends.
